Technical machinery in the Bradford industrial museum was another element of a dystopian context. The reason being is the cotton and wool machinery was used in the industrial revolution where machinery was very complex and very dangerous. Within the industrial revolution young children operated machines which could hurt them or even kill them. The working hours where very long and the pay was very little but they had no choice. There is a serious impact here and my visit to the industrial museum was another way of looking at a dystopian context overall. This machinery is move advanced now and machines and computes have taken over. We dont see this machinery anymore because its so complex and long. This generation want quick significant methods of getting wool, cotton , steel ect. I did some digital edits from these as an experimental purpose and I enjoyed looking around documenting as well as playing around in Photoshop with them.
